Q: Can I still buy New Year's Eve tickets?
A: No. Tickets are sold out.
Q: Will there be late-night tickets available?
A: No.
Q: I purchased my ticket but did not receive the eTicket e-mail?
A: If you purchased your ticket at LindyGroove, the eTicket is sent to the e-mail you entered into our database when you purchased the ticket. If you purchased your ticket online with paypay (PayPal), the eTicket is sent
to the e-mail you use for PayPal. Also check your spam/junk folder. If you still cannot find your ticket, be sure to bring a valid I.D. with you to LindyGroove.
Q: I purchased multiple tickets, is the eTicket for all of my ticket purchases?
A: If you purchased multiple tickets, you will receive one email per ticket you purchased. For example, if you purchased 2 tickets, you will receive 2 separate e-mails. You MUST print out all eTickets.
Q: I don't have a printer to print my eTicket, what should I do?
A: Bring the eTicket number (the number below the bar code) with you and a valid I.D.
Q: Where is LindyGroove?
A: LindyGroove is located at 200 S. Euclid Avenue, Pasadena, California 91101
Q: What time does the door open?
A: The door will be open at 7pm
Q: Where should I park?
A: Park at the regular LindyGroove parking structure. We strongly suggest carpooling with fellow dancers to reduce the amount of cars, driving stress, gas comsumption and polution! There will be lots of cars and traffic due to lots of other NYE celebration in Pasadena and Rose Parade attendees. Extra passangers will also come in handy when driving home to keep you awake.
Q: What time does the parking lot open?
A: The parking lot opens at 7pm New Year's Eve, and closes at 3pm New Year's Day.
Q: What should I wear?
Semi-formal/festive* attire encouraged. Bring something else more comfortable to change into if you plan on staying till dawn.
*Dress shirt/slacks for him, jacket and tie optional. Cocktail dress or dressy top and skirt/slacks for her.
Q: What time will snacks be served??
A: Snacks will be available at 1:15am.
Q: What time is breakfast?
A: We will be serving breakfast at 6am.
Q: What's for breakfast?
A: Scrambled eggs, Pancakes, Bacon/sausages, potatoes and Orange juice
Q: What coffee drinks are available for purchase?

Q: Will there be water available?
A: Water is available for purchase for $1.50-$2.00 depending on size. Or be green and bring your own refillable water bottle.
Q: I would like to see the Rose Parade, what should I do?
A: Free curbside viewing space for the Rose Parade is available on a first-come, first-served basis. The City of Pasadena lets people occupy curbside space along the route starting at noon the day before the parade, and the best spots are taken soon afterward. Overnight camping on the street is permitted. Grandstand Viewing is the easiest and most comfortable way to see the goings-on. It's also the most expensive. You can reserve one of 70,000 elevated Rose Parade grandstand seat tickets online in advance from Sharp Seating. On New Year's Eve, the floats will start lining up on on Orange Grove south of Colorado Blvd. around 10pm. You can get up close and personal with the floats.
